Morgantown, W.Va. — The Track & Field program delivered a full slate of competitive performances at the 2026 Marty Pushkin Invitational, hosted by West Virginia University on the Morgantown campus. Both the men's and women's squads showcased depth, emerging talent, and continued progression across sprints, hurdles, distance, jumps, and relays.
Women's Team Highlights
The women's squad turned in several promising early‑season efforts:

Baylee Jarrett led the way with a strong double event performance, finishing 11th in the Long Jump (14‑5.50) and competing in the 800m (45th, 2:55.52).

In the 100m Hurdles, Mya Greene placed 19th (18.93), followed closely by Avah Shrout in 22nd (19.51).
Men's Team Highlights
The men's team delivered one of the meet's standout moments with a podium relay finish:

The 4x100m Relay Team clocked 44.93, earning 3rd place in a competitive field.

Trenton Timbrook posted one of the top individual sprint performances of the day, placing 14th in the 100m (11.35) and 24th in the 200m (23.43).

Additional sprint depth came from Anthony Mele (100m – 24th, 11.94; 200m – 41st, 24.63), Keith Lawrence (200m – 30th, 23.75), and Michael Bowman (200m – 36th, 24.15).

In the mid‑distance events, LJ Sealey led the group with a 42nd‑place finish in the 800m (2:09.94) and 50th in the 1500m (4:44.21).

Sebastian Sharp doubled in the 400m (55.08, 34th) and 800m (2:11.45, 44th), while Isaac Bennett added solid marks in both the 800m (2:20.54, 53rd) and 1500m (5:03.67, 57th).

Dylan Poston rounded out the distance crew with a 55th‑place finish in the 1500m (4:51.59).
